Divisions (Age/Grade as of Pageant Day):
- Baby–Tiny Tot (0–5 years) – Non-school age
- Tiny Miss (Pre-1st–1st Grade)
- Little Miss (2nd–3rd Grade)
- Junior Miss (4th–5th Grade)
- Young Miss (6th–8th Grade)

Rules:
Age Eligibility is of the day of the Little Miss Pageant of the competition year. All clothing should be age appropriate. Hair and Makeup should be age appropriate. Festival travel is required for Little, Junior & Young Miss Divisions and will be determined by the pageant committee. All other travel may be coordinated by parents. We will crown a Queen & a Princess in each division and they will be introduced at the festival on the Festival Stage on Friday & Sunday. There are NO Penny-per-vote divisions this year. All divisions are competitions. In order to be eligible in the Baby to Tiny Tot Miss divisions, contestants MUST be a resident of Scioto County and in order to be eligible in the Tiny to Young Miss divisions, contestants must attend school at one of the 13 eligible Scioto County schools participating in River Days. Documentation must be provided when registering. All contestants in the school age divisions (Tiny, Little, Junior & Young) are required to purchase a $25 shirt for the opening number and this will be payable to Friends of Portsmouth.
How Do I Enter?:

Step 1: Gather required eligibility documentation. Non School Age divisions (Baby, Wee, Toddler Tot & Tiny Tot) will need proof of address to upload. School Age divisions (Tiny, Little, Junior & Young) will need proof of school attending in the fall. A google account is needed open the registration and upload documents.

Step 2: Click the "Registration" Button to the left and submit information.

Step 3: Make payment online to PayPal- Bryansmith@friendsofportsmouth.com or send a cashier's check or money order to the address listed on the registration.
Once you have registered, you will receive official registration confirmation by email with instructions to be added to a FB group for communication. ALL registration is completed ONLINE. Headshots ARE REQUIRED this year and only 1 is needed. No more than one! Proof of Eligibility is required when registering and a document will need uploaded to proceed with registration. It is recommended to register early and then edit your registration to upload those additional documents prior to the Aug. 1st deadline. Little Miss River Days is limited to the first 70 contestants due to time limitations.
