Mission, Vision & Values

The Miss Shawnee & Miss Portsmouth Scholarship Program's mission is to provide a forum for young women across the state of Ohio to gain scholarship and professional opportunities; to maintain a system of competition that reflects that values of Miss America; to encourage volunteerism and a deep committment to community service; and to uphold a sense of community by supporting and collaborating with local professionals in our area.
