Miss South Webster - Claire Phipps
Hi, my name is Claire Phipps and I am your Miss South Webster 2025! I am the daughter of Lisa Phipps and Scotty Phipps. I am also a younger sister to my brother Lane and an older sister to my sister Brynnan. I have been a South Webster Jeep my whole life and am so grateful for the opportunity to represent them in the River Days Pageant!
Throughout my highschool career I have been a part of Drug Free Clubs of America, renaissance, Future Farmers of America and many other extracurriculars. Currently I am a student at the Scioto County Career Technical Center, and also taking college classes through Shawnee State University. I am also getting ready to compete in the Health Occupations Students of America state competition for Allied Health! In my free time I enjoy reading, coloring and all things relaxing. However, my love is 4H and most people know me from the barn over so many years. I have always loved showing an animal at the Scioto County fair and I am now also a member of the Junior Fair Board!
My platform for River Days is “The Ripple Effect.” This platform is something that means so much to me because having first responders as parents it is very important to me, to not only advocate for them but also the families who feel the emotional and mental backlash from their loved ones' careers. I cannot wait for my journey to begin as Miss South Webster and to get into the community and raise awareness for something I am so passionate about!
Becoming your Miss South Webster is truly such an honor and I am so privileged to have this opportunity. I have wanted to be in River Days since I was a little girl admiring all the pretty contestants in the parade. I am so thrilled to be able to represent South Webster and I promise I will represent our community with class. Hopefully I will bring that crown back to the village!
Go Jeeps! ♡
The contestant with the most money turned in for People’s Choice this year will be awarded 1⁄2 of the amount of money she raised in the form of a scholarship!
